VACDL's Spring Seminar 2021 will be held in Van Metre Hall at the George Mason University Arlington Campus [3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington VA 22201] on Friday, May 14, 2021.
This program will be presented as a hybrid event: we will allow up to 45 in-person attendees in Arlington, and an unlimited number of virtual attendees, via Zoom. Masks will be required by all attendees on the George Mason University Arlington Campus, except during refreshment/lunch breaks. Lunch and refreshments will be provided to attendees, but by methods that allow for social distancing and strict COVID-19 protocols as set by George Mason University's Events Team, VACDL, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Please take these guidelines into consideration when selecting your attendance option.

Board Meeting and Reception: On Thursday, May 13, 2021, the VACDL Board of Directors will meet in the Glebe Room at the Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston [4610 N Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203] from 4-5:30 p.m. All VACDL members in good standing are welcome to attend the Board Meeting, but please inform our Executive Director, Danielle Payne, if you plan to attend so that she can ensure sufficient seating in the meeting room. *Masks and social distancing will be required at all times inside the Holiday Inn*
We will also host a small "happy hour" style reception on the outside patio at Crafthouse [901 N. Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22203] from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2021, which will be open to all Spring CLE registrants, speakers and special guests. *All COVID-19 protocols for Crafthouse will be followed; please wear masks when not actively eating or drinking*

Parking: For Friday's seminar, parking is available in the Van Metre Hall Parking Garage, with a daily maximum rate of $15, or $3 per hour.

Materials will be emailed (via Dropbox link) to attendees during the week of the seminar, along with the Zoom Link for virtual attendees. Additionally, a Mason Covid Health Check *mandatory* survey will be sent out the week of the seminar. All in-person attendees must respond to the Covid Health Check and receive a "Green Status" in order to attend the program.
This course is pending approval for 5.5 CLE credits, including 1 ethics credits.
Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks are all included with the tuition fee.
The seminar fee increases by $25 for all registrations received after May 3, 2021.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing only, by email to email@example.com, no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2021 to receive a full refund of the tuition less a $25 administrative fee.
Registrants may pay by credit card online. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CHECKS OR CASH AS METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR THIS PROGRAM. There will be NO walk-in registrations; all registration fees must be paid in advance of the program.
